As far as title is concerned it should be relevant to site and must be easily understandable by the people. And of course the position also matters, so it must be placed at top so that it is easily observed by human eye.

The above mentioned examples can be easily understood by human eye. That means similar kind of keywords should be used in title so that your title is enticing to the eye.
