Whenever you submit a link to any directory then you have to give following information about your site.
(1) URL
(2) Title
(3) Description
(4) Keywords that describe it
To avoid any confusion, you should note all above information in a log in advance so that it will help you when you will submit a link to another directory. Always put key phrases in title text and description text.
If any directory asks for keyword description that describes your web site then put such keywords on your site that are easy to locate your site. For example, suppose I am submitting the keyword ‘customer’ then if somebody searches any key phrase with the keyword ‘customer’ then it is good for me because I will be easily listed in the directory’s search results. Therefore, try to put appropriate Description and key phrase Title in title and description field.
